Osteoporosis


Osteoporosis is a disease of bone in which the amount of bone is decreased and the strength of trabecular bone is reduced, cortical bone becomes thin and bones are susceptible to fracture (bone)|fracture. It is defined according to the bone mineral density (BMD) as measured by Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry|DEXA: a BMD of 2.5 standard deviations below the peak bone mass (20-year-old person standard) is considered osteoporosis. While treatment modalities are becoming available, prevention is still the most important way to reduce fracture.

Unlike traditional indemnity|indemnity insurance, care provided in an HMO generally follows a set of care guidelines provided through the HMO's network of providers. Dog's Mercury is a spring flower in the UK but almost absent from Ireland, Orkney and Shetland. It is a hairy dioecious perennial with erect stems bearing simple, serrate leaves. The inflorescence is green bearing inconspicuous flowers in March and April.
It is frequently found covering large areas in dense stands as an understorey plant in woodlands, especially, but not exclusively, on calcareous soils.

*comprehensive - "all objects unless specifically excluded" In the United States, companies providing boiler insurance will generally perform jurisdictionally required boiler inspections as a free service.Boiler insurance may alternatively be referred to as "equipment breakdown insurance", "machinery and equipment insurance" or any other such name.
